Job summary

Good Samaritan College in Cincinnati is seeking a Financial Aid Administrator to oversee Title IV funds, packaging, and student aid processing. You will ensure compliance with federal regulations and support students and families through the financial aid process.

The role reports to the Dean of Financial Services and Development and requires expertise in federal aid regulations, counseling, and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business; Business, Finance, Higher Education required or equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Student assistance and counseling experience.
• Knowledge of business office procedures and college operations.
• Experience with financial aid processes and programs.
• 2-3 years in a professional business role in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for Title IV Federal Program funds and annual FISAP submission to DOE.
• Verify use of Federal Title IV funds; balance disbursements and allocations.
• Maintain records and assist with disbursement of student financial aid awards.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state rules; liaison with FAS/vendor and campus units.
