We are looking for an experienced Financial Advocate (branch banker). Starting pay is $21.00/hour plus incentives with appropriate experience. Financial Advocates have the opportunity to grow within the organization to the position that becomes their passion.

Your Duties:

• Conduct consultative conversations with members to cross‑sell opportunities such as checking accounts, personal and auto loans, credit cards, refinances, debt consolidation loans, and refer mortgage and commercial loans to the appropriate departments.
• Able to effectively communicate information on credit union products and services and meet or exceed referral and sales goals set by the branch.
• Able to understand and interpret credit reports in order to offer the best solutions to members.
• Able to efficiently process loan documents.
• Assist with branch opening and closing procedures as needed. Support branch operations by performing administrative tasks and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about policies and procedures.
• Up to 6 months of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Experience in banking, retail, or direct sales environments highly preferred.
