Under close supervision, you'll assist with financial coaching sessions, prepare learning materials, track participant progress, and analyze basic financial data.

Qualifications

• Fundamental financial planning knowledge required.
• Experience in budgeting and cash flow analysis preferred.
• Basic understanding of investment concepts beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of financial literacy and advising curriculum to young adults.
• Assist with budgeting, credit, and basic investment coaching under supervision.
• Prepare learning materials, tools, and resources for workshops and classes.
• Track and document participant progress and outcomes in program systems.
• Conduct basic financial data analysis and produce simple reports.
• Collaborate with instructors, coaches, and corporate partners on program delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in training, feedback, and continuous learning activities.
