Job summary

Thrivent is seeking a financial advisor to build a client-focused practice, guiding Christians toward financial clarity with actionable advice and tailored Thrivent products. You’ll develop long-term relationships, leverage your network for appointments, and deliver workshops that raise awareness of Thrivent’s offerings.

You’ll start with up to 14 weeks of paid training to obtain licenses and onboard with Thrivent’s program, then work in a collaborative environment with support from specialists

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
