Job summary

LPL Financial, in partnership with TruStage and anchored at PenFed Credit Union in San Juan, PR, seeks a Financial Advisor to serve an existing book and grow a client base within a supportive, multi-institution framework. You will operate with LPL’s open architecture and resources to tailor client solutions, leveraging credit union referrals and regional branch opportunities.

The role requires Series 7/66, an insurance license, and 3+ years in investment sales, with uncapped earning potential

Pay Range:45,000-75,000

The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location. This position is also eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
