Pay:$25.00 to $40.00 per hour

Schedule:Full time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

We are seeking anexperiencedFinancial AdvisorOperations Associatewho can step into a key support role within our advisory team.

Position Overview

This position supports both advisors and clients through account operations, service coordination, and administrative accuracy. It is bestsuited for someone with prior financial industry experiencewho can contribute quickly with minimal ramp up.

This is not an entry level role.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and maintain client investment accounts
• Manage and update client profiles and records
• Process account service requests and follow through to completion
• Respond to client calls, emails, and service needs professionally
• Assist advisors with research and financial planning related tasks
• Maintain organized documentation and compliance standards
• Coordinate with custodians and internal team members as needed

Experience and Skills

• Two or more years of experience at a financial advisory or investment firm
• Familiarity with platforms such as Redtail CRM, Black Diamond, Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center, or Fidelity systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
