Strategy Financial Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a financial advisor to join the team and grow client relationships. The advisor will meet one-on-one with leads from seminars and referrals, service existing clients, and participate in public seminars, while supporting the main advisor and achieving team goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales.
• Life and Health Licensed; Series 65.
• Strong initiative and entrepreneurial drive to build client base.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans.
• Assist clients with annuities, life, long-term care, and managing money.
• Provide financial planning advice across investments, insurance, and retirement.
• Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships.
• Assist main Advisor with meeting individual and team goals.
