Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience building client relationships and providing thoughtful financial guidance.
• Willingness to obtain FINRA and state insurance licenses (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients' financial goals, priorities, and concerns.
• Develop personalized financial plans that may include investments, insurance, retirement, and wealth accumulation strategies.
• Recommend insurance solutions to help protect income, assets, and loved ones.
• Provide ongoing guidance by reviewing and updating financial plans as clients' lives evolve.
• Grow your practice through referrals, networking, and active involvement in the community.
