Position Requirements

Financial advisors grow the business through identifying and creating new clients and deepening relationships with existing clients by reviewing investment strategies and implementation recommendations.

Candidate Qualifications

Licensing and Compliance
  • SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 required; registrations may be obtained during paid study period.
  • FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses required.
  • Ongoing training and regulatory CE required for license standing.

Salary Information

Compensation – Trainee pay, supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions and compensation for new assets gathered for the first five years. Supplemental starting salary range $45,000 – $100,000.
