Job summary

Drake & Associates, LLC is seeking a driven Financial Advisor to join our Wisconsin team in Mequon. The role offers built-in clients with no prospecting and a seven-appointment weekly schedule, plus potential earnings over $200K.

You will meet prospective clients from seminars and referrals, present our Retirement Ready Roadmap, and build lasting relationships while guiding retirement, investments, and insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of financial services experience, with emphasis on sales.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients from seminars, workshops, and referrals.
• Present the firm’s value proposition and participate in marketing initiatives.
• Develop, present, and implement tailored financial plans.
• Advise clients on annuities, life insurance, long-term care, and managed investments.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
