Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in financial services is beneficial but not required.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, analytical thinking, and trust-building with clients.
• Licenses: Obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses; training and sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Client consultations to understand financial goals, risk tolerance, and needs.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans including investments, insurance, and retirement strategies.
• Recommend and implement insurance solutions to protect clients’ assets and income.
• Provide ongoing support and adjust plans as circumstances change.
• Network to build and expand a client base through referrals and community involvement.
