Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking ambitious professionals to own and grow their own advisory practice in Illinois, serving individuals and small businesses with life, asset, and retirement planning.

You will operate as an independent contractor, backed by COUNTRY’s brand and training, while building client relationships, hosting seminars, and scaling with a staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold Series 6/63 licenses.
• Passed SIE.
• Life/Health State Insurance License.
• Property/Casualty State Insurance License.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years in insurance or financial services.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Diversify income through multiple product lines beyond financial services.
• Leverage COUNTRY Financial product portfolio to service clients.
• Educate clients about our products and services.
