US Cross-Border Wealth Specialist – Atlanta Expat Service

Location and Engagement Style

Engagement: 100% Remote from the UK (GB applicant target base) specializing in US-UK transatlantic private wealth client structures. Due to the massive growth of British professionals and double-taxation corporate expats based in Atlanta, Georgia, an elite US-UK advisory practice is seeking a Cross-Border Wealth Specialist. To comply with transatlantic regulations and visa constraints, this role is strictly remote from a UK base. You will deliver remote digital consultations safely from the UK, managing the unique wealth structures of UK citizens relocated to the United States.

The mandate

Advising British citizens residing in the US requires extreme technical precision due to passive investment rules (PFIC), double taxation treaties, and IRS reporting parameters. You will guide clients through US-compliant tax wrappers, cross-border SIPP planning, currency risk protection, and multi-jurisdictional estate arrangements.

Day-to-day accountabilities

• Provide secure, digital discoveries to British expats located in Atlanta, Georgia, and broader US territories.
• Align legacy UK pension assets (SIPPs, schemes) in compliance with both FCA and US SEC frameworks.
