Pinnacle is seeking a Financial Advisor Associate to support Financial Advisors with loan documentation, deposit relationships, and data accuracy to mitigate risk. The role emphasizes delivering distinctive client service in a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities include processing loan packages, coordinating closings, opening depository accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The FAA works closely with Advisors and Credit Analysts to keep tasks on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or related software.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone.
• Support loan documentation, processing, and loan close and disbursement within set timelines.
• Assist Financial Advisors in establishing new deposit relationships and opening depository accounts.
• Maintain data accuracy to mitigate risk and monitor portfolio risk such as delinquencies and overdrafts.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Advisors and Credit Analysts to address tasks.
