Qualifications

• Join Ameriprise in a team practice and support a seasoned financial advisor or advisors.
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
• Outstanding verbal, written and listening communication skills; accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Obtain required licenses within 150 days of hire: FINRA Series 7, S63 or S66, S65 or S66, and state Life/Health/Variable products.
• Attend licensing coaching and meet appointment preparation timelines.
• Assist seasoned financial advisors in working with clients to help achieve their goals.
• Deliver a unique client experience and support the practice's service model.
• Support clients and prospects holistically with product-centric recommendations.
