Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to validate AI-generated financial analyses against real corporate scenarios, checking three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and the working-capital logic.

You will trace numbers, expose incorrect drivers, and write judgments that you could present to a CFO, with emphasis on defensible assumptions and clear, data-driven conclusions. Flexible, remote project-based work.

Models can build a three-statement model that looks clean and still get the mechanics wrong: a balance sheet that doesn't balance, working capital that flows the wrong way, a circular reference silently zeroed out. Someone has to trace the numbers back through the logic, and that someone is you.

As a Finance Expert you'll evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios, check the valuation assumptions and the accounting behind them, and write the judgments that teach models what defensible finance work looks like.

Up to $40 – $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k–$100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
