Job summary

Northwestern Mutual Tacoma is seeking a Financial Advisor who will help clients achieve their financial goals by creating and evolving personalized financial plans. This role offers autonomy to build your own business, set your schedule, and make a meaningful impact in clients' lives.

Our award-winning training and nationwide mentorship support your growth as you develop expertise in planning, investments, and client service, with compensation driven by commissions, bonuses, and client retention.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred; or equivalent professional work experience/Military.
• History of success in sales, athletics, military, client services, or client-facing roles.
• Desire for continuous learning.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Commission structure to support early development.
• Bonus programs and expense allowances.
• Support for insurance licensing, SIE, Series 6, Series 63, CFP®, and more.
