Job summary

Thrivent is a financial services firm centered on generosity, offering training and onboarding as you obtain state insurance licenses and securities registrations. You’ll build a personal practice serving clients with purpose-based advice across investments, insurance, and banking while benefiting from Thrivent’s support network.

You’ll start with paid training and coaching, then move to income based on commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.

At Thrivent, you’ll receive the support, stability and opportunity of a Fortune 500 leader. We offer up to 14 weeks of paid training and coaching as you obtain your state insurance licenses (life, health & variable contracts), Series 7 and 66 registrations, and complete Thrivent’s comprehensive advisor onboarding program. After onboarding, you’ll have control over the income you earn, as you’ll be paid through commissions and incentives based on your success.

Compensation for this role is a combination of commissions, bonuses, and incentives. The average total compensation for this full‑time role is $90,198 in the first three years, and our top Financial Advisors exceed $165,000 in total compensation during their first three years. Revenue is dependent upon performance and service to clients.
