Position Title: Financial Advisor

This role seeks a motivated financial advisor eager to establish a successful book of business. Daily responsibilities will involve both lead generation and proactive outreach, ensuring a balanced approach to client acquisition. Financial Advisor Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of both unaccredited and accredited investors
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored investment solutions
• Build new client relationships through networking, referrals, and strategic business development initiatives
• Provide clear, compliant communication and education to clients on complex investment opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, investment execution, and ongoing client service
• Meet and exceed growth and revenue targets while upholding fiduciary standards

Financial Advisor Requirements

• Active licenses (Series 65/66 or equivalent)
• 3–5 years of experience as a financial advisor within advisory or investment sales for RIA or broker-dealer
• Strong knowledge of securities regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for growth and achievement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Must be driven for growth and excited to make money
• An out-of-the-box entrepreneurial mindset is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Life and health license is preferred
