Base pay range

Training and support

Our entry-level training curriculum is designed to empower you with skills and tools needed for success: client relationship management, product knowledge, sales techniques, market development, role play, and access to remote-work technology solutions. You will also participate in local and national development programs and joint-work opportunities for hands-on experience.

We encourage continuing education and professional development, including pursuing designations like CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). In partnership with Columbia University, we offer a Holistic Financial Coach certification within our Holistic Life Planning platform.

Management opportunities are available for those wishing to advance into leadership or explore leadership roles through our Leadership Development School.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • A four-year college degree is preferred but not required.
  • We will assist in obtaining required state licenses and the SIE exam, which must be passed prior to onboarding.
  • We sponsor your pursuit of FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, to be completed within 240 days of joining.
  • Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a desire to help others plan and protect their financial futures.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high self-confidence.
  • Ability to leverage past and present experiences and networks to develop markets and sustain long-term relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

Entry-level Financial Professionals start in our Preliminary Employment Program (“PEP”), which includes a paid week of training at the minimum wage for your location, ranging from $546-$762.40. During PEP, you can earn 100% of the commissions generated, according to our schedules. PEP lasts up to 240 days. After 90 days, you become eligible for medical insurance through our company-sponsored Health Plan at your expense.

Upon completing PEP, you can choose to be compensated via full commission plus a 30% bonus or a $24,000 annual base salary with reduced commissions. The average first-year earnings for new Financial Professionals in 2021 was $62,000, with top quartile earners reaching $135,000.
