Job summary

BrokerHunter in Omaha, NE is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to support high-net-worth clients and coordinate wealth planning initiatives. You will be the primary liaison, translating client goals into actionable plans and maintaining proactive, transparent communication.

Qualifications

  • 3–10+ years of wealth management, financial planning, or relationship management.
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred.
  • Licensing: Series 65 or 66 required; CFP/ChFC a plus.

What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships.
  • Build trust through consistent, proactive communication.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of each client's goals, needs, and financial picture.

Client Experience & Retention

  • Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and engaged.
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings and reviews.
  • Follow through on client requests and action items in a timely manner.

Account Oversight & Coordination

  • Monitor client accounts and ensure alignment with planning strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across financial planning, investments, and operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Relationship Expansion

  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.
  • Support introductions to additional family members, business entities, and centers of influence.
  • Contribute to long-term client retention and growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 3–10+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or relationship management.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients is preferred.

Licensing & Credentials

  • Series 65 or Series 66 required.
