Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
  • Fully licensed with SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65).
  • 1-5 years in financial services or private wealth advisory preferred.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and client service processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to build and maintain a qualified client pipeline.
  • Support and service existing clients through relationship management and business development.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, coordinating account setup, and maintaining records.
  • Prepare financial plans, analyses, and client-ready recommendations.
  • Participate in client meetings, taking notes and executing follow-up actions.
