Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services.
• Focusing on Latin American HNW/UHNW clients with an established book of business.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFP preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, with a particular focus on the Latin American market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, providing personalized investment advice and comprehensive wealth management solutions.


• Drive new client acquisition, asset growth, and business development through an established network and existing client relationships.


• Advise clients on asset allocation, investment strategies, financial planning, credit, banking, and broader wealth preservation objectives.


• Partner with internal investment, banking, and wealth planning specialists to deliver integrated client solutions.


• Develop long-term, goals-based strategies aligned with clients' financial objectives and risk profiles.


• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, fiduciary standards, and internal risk policies.


• Travel internationally as required to develop and maintain client and prospect relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services, with a focus on Latin American HNW/UHNW clients.


• Established, transferable book of business and demonstrated success in client acquisition and asset gathering.


• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFP preferred.


• Full professional fluency in Spanish required.


• Strong understanding of investment management, portfolio construction, financial planning, and wealth preservation strategies.


• Established professional network and strong business development capabilities.
