Job summary

Runestad Financial Services in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team. You will meet one-on-one with leads from seminars and referrals, service existing clients, and set appointments with prospects.

Initial duties include assisting the main Advisor, building client relationships, and participating in public seminars. We value initiative, sales experience, and strong communication; health stipend, 401k, and PTO are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales.
• Life and Health Licensed; Series 65.
• Strong client relationship building and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans.
• Assist clients with annuities, life, long-term care, and managing money.
• Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement.
• Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships.

The Financial Advisor will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the company leads from seminars and referrals, as well as existing clients. Initial duties include working alongside the main Advisor, servicing existing clients, making active outbound calls to set appointments with prospects and existing clients, client relationship building, and participation in public seminars – including introducing the main Advisor.
