Job description

Financial Services Recruiter | YRP Houston Marketing Director | Texas A&M Alumni

Do you want to make a difference? Do you want to help us change the world?

The Fitzpatrick Group is on a mission to challenge the financial services industry. While our competitors value their profits over their advisors, our mission is to put the education of our advisors first.

The financial services industry has consistently put profits first. The misleading math, the fees, and the sales tactics have gotten out of hand. At many financial services firms, the advisor’s only job is to grow the amount of assets under management. The good news is, there is a better way.

We focus on simplicity when educating our clients about financial concepts including Volatility, Fees, and Taxes. We believe this allows our clients to develop a lifetime strategy that focuses on efficiency. The Fitzpatrick Group needs talented advisors to help accomplish this mission.

Is the role hard? Yes.

Is the challenge worth it? Yes.

Is the financial advisor role for everybody? Absolutely not.

Compensation
  • Uncapped commissions & bonuses
  • Compounded trails and renewals
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written
  • Sales experience is a plus
Position Responsibilities
  • Educate clients on The Ideal Portfolio, and the positive impact of reducing taxes, fees, and market volatility
  • Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement
  • Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
  • Build a book of business through networking, referrals, and natural market
  • You will be challenged and held accountable to build a sustainable book of business.
What the Role Looks Like
  • Intense training and support from top advisors in the company
  • Unlimited income potential
  • Full control of your success
Who are you?
  • You’re a challenger. You strive to look for better, more efficient solutions.
  • You want to be in control of your own success.
  • You ask questions. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • You’re coachable. You believe knowledge is power. This is truly the common denominator amidst every one of our successful advisors- they are coachable, regardless of age or experience.

Our 10-week training program and on-going monthly training sessions will challenge you. You will learn what it means to challenge the industry. You will be taught by the top advisors in the firm and learn how to run a successful business. You will learn how to implement The Ideal Portfolio and expose financial myths through education.

You will make a difference.
