Job summary

Bond Financial Group is growing its relationship-driven retirement planning practice and seeking a Financial Advisor to make a meaningful impact through thoughtful guidance and personalized strategies. You’ll build client relationships, lead discovery conversations, present retirement, investments, insurance, estate planning, and deliver a white-glove experience in a compliant environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Active FINRA licensing, such as SIE and Series 65, plus Life & Health Insurance licensing, or willingness to obtain required licenses within the designated timeframe.
  • Ideally, 2+ years of client-facing financial services, sales, or B2B business development experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and financial planning software.
  • A relationship-first mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and genuine desire to help clients succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Build new client relationships through referrals, networking, seminars, educational events, and consistent follow-up.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, risk tolerance, retirement timelines, and financial priorities.
  • Present customized strategies across retirement income, investments, insurance, annuities, asset accumulation, and estate planning.
  • Provide proactive reviews, clear communication, timely follow-up, and a white-glove client experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and operate in alignment with compliance and industry standards.
