Bankers Life Financial Advisors help clients live more and worry less through personalized financial planning. You will build a client base, develop knowledge of Bankers Life products, and present financial solutions with support from award-winning training and mentors.

The ideal candidate holds Life & Health licenses or can obtain licensing with our help, and has a track record in sales or client-facing roles. A hybrid schedule is offered after training.

• Build a client base and develop knowledge of Bankers Life financial products and market trends

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active Life & Health licenses and securities licensing or the ability to acquire licensing with our support. (Securities licensing applicable to this position can include Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, Series 65, and CFP®)
• High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently
• History of success in sales, competitive roles, client services, or client-facing roles
• Desire for continuous learning
