Shoemaker Financial is hiring a Financial Advisor in Brentwood, TN. You will assess clients' needs, craft strategies to reach their goals, and implement recommendations by offering insurance, securities, and investments.

The role includes a six-month training program and mentor pairing to support success, with commissions and incentives tied to performance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree, has a track record of sales success, and can obtain the necessary licenses while working well
