Responsibilities

• Follow the six steps of financial planning and conduct Financial Needs Analysis (FNA).
• Assess client needs and present recommendations under Absa-approved products.
• Present recommendations to clients and implement accepted advice through Absa’s processes.
• Regularly review client needs to ensure continued suitability and maintain Fit and Proper status.
• Engage with stakeholders to grow the book of business and manage commissions.
