This full-time, direct-hire role focuses on daily accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting, with cross-functional collaboration across domestic and international teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate financial accounting within manufacturing, is fluent in Korean and English, and can navigate US GAAP, IFRS, and K-SOX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate financial accounting and/or tax experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Business-level in both Korean and English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Experience with US GAAP, IFRS, and K-SOX compliance.
• Proficient with MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Leadership and teamwork in multicultural environments.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance and journal entries, handling monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, supporting AP/AR, and account reconciliation
• Manage and prepare tax filings, compliance, payments, and reporting in line with US GAAP and IFRS
• Support tax execution including cross jurisdiction activities/transactions, inter-company management fees and other cross charges
• Support the business by ensuring appropriate systems and controls are implemented and maintained (K-SOX)
• Work cross functionally to ensure compliance and improvements across the business
• Provide support as required with tax-related matters, fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• Assist with preparing financial budgets, forecasts and cash tax projections
• Other duties as assigned

An international industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a Financial Controller at their location near Cedar City, UT to support their operations. This position will be responsible for everyday accounting duties and month-end closing, as well as financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of financial accounting experience in the manufacturing industry and will be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with all departments, as well as with international teams.

This is a full-time and direct-hire position, offering relocation support as necessary. Bilingual fluency in Korean and English is required to coordinate with international teams and interpret financial documents from headquarters. Financial Controller Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of corporate financial accounting and/or tax experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Business-level in both Korean and English language skills (including speaking, writing, reading, and understanding)
• Experience with US GAAP, IFRS, and K-SOX compliance
• Proficient using MS Excel and ERP systems
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Must be able to work responsibly, effectively, and independently when needed
• Leadership, teamwork, and able to work under a multicultural environment
