Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible accounting experience.
• 3-5 years of related financial accounting, analysis, or reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: prepare routine and special analytical studies and reports; extract data from SAP, PeopleSoft, data warehouses, or other sources using Excel and data extraction tools; monitor and analyze budget and expenditure data, including variance analyses, reconciliations and projections; assist with presentation and analysis of department financial operations.
• Financial Operations, Review & Support: assist the Controller and Senior Management in audits, prepare presentations, develop and document policies and procedures, perform account reconciliations and asset verifications, and work with Department managers on data collection, process reviews, problem solving, and education; grant SAP financial security for financial areas.
• Service Center – F&A Rate: assist in reviewing budget and questionnaires for compliance; support F&A rate proposal processes.
• Other Duties: perform miscellaneous accounting and financial duties as assigned.
