Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting is required.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Navision is a plus.
• Meticulous and able to work under pressure within tight timelines.
• Ability to work independently and across functional lines.
• Can-do attitude and team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful and empathetic problem-solver with good interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle AR/AP/Fixed Assets.
• Coordinate information for statutory reporting (monthly/quarterly sales tax filings).
• Responsible for the month-end closing process and reporting to management.
• Liaise with auditors and respond to queries.
• Assist in new processes and systems implementation.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
