Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial accounting experience.
• Manufacturing or service industry experience preferred.
• CPA or accounting certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales tax compliance.
• Advanced Excel and accounting system skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close support
• Support revenue recognition and job cost accounting
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• Prepare sales & use tax, property tax, and other compliance filings
• Assist with annual audits and tax return preparation
• Analyze financial data and drive process improvements
• Ensure accurate general ledger reporting and financial records

Requirements

What You'll Do
