As a Finance Transformation - Working Capital Consultant, Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management, and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyze financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escape. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role within our Finance practice, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic financial story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying financial problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and act on client feedback. Directing the team through complexity, you will demonstrate composure through ambiguous situations. Your commitment to excellence and ability to initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels will be key to driving results and maintaining operational excellence.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of experience

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Finance & Technology

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
