This is a high visibility role where you have full oversight of project delivery and a direct line to executive leadership. The VP has been clear about what this role is. You are their most trusted partner, shaping how the finance organization operates from the inside.

You lead transformation initiatives, drive automation, and push through systems improvements that make the finance function genuinely scalable. You are not just maintaining processes, you are improving them. You have a seat at the table when it matters.

On top of that, you play a real role in the company's M&A strategy. This is not a support function. You are hands on, involved in the accounting side of deals, and your work has a direct impact on how the business grows.
