Job summary

PwC is seeking a Finance Transformation - Working Capital Consultant, Senior Manager, to lead advisory on corporate finance, treasury management, and commodities. You will analyze client needs, craft capital-structure strategies, manage liquidity, and guide M&A activities with autonomy and strategic insight.

You will mentor teams, communicate clear financial narratives, apply systems thinking, validate outcomes with clients, and deliver high-impact results across large, complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years of experience.
• MBA preferred.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Leading financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management, and commodities.
• Analyzing client financial needs and developing strategies for capital structure optimization.
• Managing liquidity and cash flow to support client financial goals.
• Providing guidance on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions.
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic financial story.
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial problems and opportunities.
• Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine financial strategies.
• Guiding large-scale projects to successful completion.
• Directing teams through complex financial scenarios with composure and strategic insight.
• Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
• Utilizing skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management to drive results.
