Job summary

Google Finance Solutions and Transformation is driving end-to-end transformation across people, processes, tools, and data, leveraging the power of Google’s AI capabilities. This role guides strategic decision making, tackles complex problems, and delivers deep analytics to support end-to-end finance initiatives within the Plan-to-Report space.

You will work with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to balance risk, speed, and cost while staying adaptable to ambiguity and tight

Qualifications

7 years of experience in management consulting or project management from a public accounting firm or multinational company.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to structure projects, define goals, and manage the entire program lifecycle from inception to close.
Work with Finance and cross-functional teams to document workflows, identify gaps, propose improvements, and drive consensus on business requirements.
Communicate project status, risks, and remediation plans to executive stakeholders.
Track progress, milestones, key issues, and change controls while leading working group meetings.
Define and monitor key metrics to measure the business impact of process improvements.
