As a Manager, you will lead teams, mentor staff, and ensure project success while applying innovative technologies to improve delivery. The role includes collaboration with leadership, adherence to accounting standards, and opportunities for an annual discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Preference for studies in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance.
• Strong skills in cash flow forecasting, capital budgeting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management, and working capital.
• Analyze client financial needs and develop strategies for capital structure optimization.
• Manage liquidity and cash flow to support client financial goals.
• Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
