Amazon Leo Infrastructure is seeking a finance transformation leader to scale satellite and ground station operations through SAP S/4HANA implementations and cross-system integrations. You will partner with senior leaders to drive end-to-end financial program solutions, improve controllership, and deliver actionable insights at pace.

The role blends space technology finance with innovation, mentoring teams, and shaping AI-enabled processes for CFO-level impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting frameworks (US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP) and ability to apply them in daily activities.
• 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
• Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects.
• Export Control Requirement: U.S. citizen/national, U.S. permanent resident, or refugee/asylee status.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of finance transformation programs and technology projects, representing accounting requirements for SAP S/4HANA implementations and system integrations while communicating results to senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and advise senior leaders on strategic finance initiatives and mechanisms that drive insights and improvements.
• Identify opportunities for large-scale financial solutions to improve and scale finance tools, technology, and processes.
• Own financial reporting and analysis for the business area, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and data integrity.
• Drive automation and AI-driven process improvements to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
