Job summary

Amazon Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead for Inbound Transportation FP&A. You will own the newly carved-out P&L, design financial models, and drive reporting infrastructure to provide leadership visibility across the Inbound supply chain.

The role requires senior-level finance experience, strong data skills, and the ability to partner with Ops, Tech, and planning leaders to identify cost drivers and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multiple finance and accounting roles.
• 5+ years dissecting financial data to support strategy.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives driving performance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or analytical field.
• 5+ years of finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for a carved-out Inbound unit and build the financial model.
• Design and run forecasting cadence including WBR/MBR/OP cycles.
• Partner with Ops, Tech, and planning leaders to size opportunities.
• Deep dive data to root cause variances and surface insights.
• Communicate findings to senior leadership with guidance.
• Build the reporting infrastructure for business partners.
