Job summary

Moss, a national construction firm, is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead modernization of the finance function, including Oracle Fusion implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with strategic goals across departments.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, this full-time, salaried role requires 5+ years in finance or accounting with ERP experience. CPA, PMP, or Six Sigma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
• Background in finance transformation and process optimization.
• Construction industry experience and job costing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing finance transformation initiatives.
• Support Oracle Fusion implementation and data migration activities.
• Coordinate with operations to align processes with roadmaps.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and team structure for the new function.
• Track KPIs and prepare progress reports for leadership.
• Support change management with training and communications.
• Manage project timelines and escalate risks as needed.
