Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Transformation Strategic Change Manager to drive the people and culture aspects of a high-visibility internal program. You will design and lead change strategies that engage, inspire, and motivate teams through a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem and other strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with leadership to accelerate ROI, reduce adoption risk, and ensure successful adoption across Finance and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications.
• 7+ years of change management or communications experience in strategic transformations.
• Ability to design and execute change strategies in complex, matrixed organisations.
• Limited travel (10-20%) with remote work when not co-locating.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage change management strategies for large-scale Finance Transformation programs.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to guide plans.
• Build leadership alignment and sponsor engagement across Finance and business leadership.
• Deliver creative communications and engagement activities to drive adoption.
• Measure effectiveness with defined metrics and adapt plans to improve outcomes.
• Regularly report status and escalate risks to program leadership.
