Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Data Scientist to strengthen advanced analytics across finance, workforce and operations. You will design data models, apply AI/ML based insights, and build scalable analytics workflows for stakeholders across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with business partners and technology teams to deliver baselines, long-range planning tools, and value-driven analyses, supporting data‑driven transformation in a remote US context.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with substantial data science/analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of data science experience.
• Strong coding skills in R, Python, SQL and data libraries.
• Experience with dashboards and analytical tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define data sources and transformations to support a workforce transformation platform.
• Develop business cases and analytical toolsets to deliver insights at scale.
• Own end-to-end analytics projects and present findings to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Technology to enable data workflows and baselines.
• Create executive communications and drive data-driven decision making.
• Support ad‑hoc analyses and strategic recommendations for programs.
