Qualifications

• 2–6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm.
• Experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions.
• Experience managing multiple matters concurrently.
• J.D. degree and strong academic credentials.
• Admission in good standing in IL, NY, TX, or DC (or steps to admission).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with shareholders on diverse multidisciplinary finance matters.
• Participate in business development and client-facing activities.
• Provide high-quality legal support on financing transactions.
