The Fischer Group is looking for a Senior Financial Technologist who will be the strategic business owner for Finance technology, collaborating with Finance & Accounting leadership. This role will optimize Oracle ERP while driving the Finance technology roadmap and transforming financial processes.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of five years of experience with Oracle ERP Financials. The position demands solid analytical skills and a passion for continual improvement in financial processes. This opportunity is 100% onsite in Erlanger, KY.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP Financials with significant expertise in General Ledger.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle General Ledger and Subledger Accounting.
• Demonstrated success leading Finance process improvement initiatives.
