Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Finance Domain Architect to define and govern the technology strategy for finance systems, including ERP, subledger, reconciliation and financial reporting. The role bridges finance leadership and engineering, translating business requirements into scalable architecture while guiding modernization, consolidation, and regulatory-compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Solution/Enterprise Architect with finance focus.
• Strong business acumen across record-to-report and procure-to-pay.
• Experience modernizing fragmented finance apps into integrated solutions.
• Excellent communication with IT and business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance technology architecture and target-state design.
• Partner with stakeholders to close capability gaps with architecture solutions.
• Guide modernization, platform consolidation, and regulatory-ready implementations.
• Define data governance, integration patterns, and SOX-compliant controls.
