Job summary

Roeslein & Associates is seeking a Finance Systems & Oracle Transformation lead to own the Oracle implementation journey, drive workflow design, data governance, and process automation. You will work closely with the CFO, Enterprise Controller, FP&A, and IT to build repeatable, scalable finance systems.

The role focuses on transforming finance operations, improving reporting accuracy, and ensuring adoption of new systems across accounting and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or related roles preferred.
• Oracle experience strongly preferred; other major ERP platforms valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance-side coordination of Oracle implementation activities and testing.
• Maintain the implementation roadmap, issue logs, risk register, and action-item tracker.
• Coordinate with Oracle consultants, IT, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Operations and shared services to resolve blockers.
• Translate finance needs into system requirements, user stories, test scripts, and reporting needs.
• Map current and future-state processes across AP, AR, payroll interfaces, project accounting, and reporting.
• Identify manual workarounds and control gaps; lead efforts to reduce them.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and user guidance.
• Promote consistent system usage and escalate issues to leadership.
