Job summary

Americo Financial Life and Annuity is seeking a full-time Financial Systems Lead in Kansas City, MO to optimize financial systems and automate reporting. You will collaborate with Finance and IT to implement Oracle Fusion, streamline processes, and develop finance dashboards.

The role reports to the Chief Accounting Officer, with exposure to ERP upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in a related field.
• 5+ years in financial systems, accounting, or finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and EBS.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud tools like Smart View, Narrative Reporting, OTBI, or BI Publisher.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements.
• Strong analytical thinking and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing dashboards/reports for finance users.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Oracle Fusion implementations and process improvements.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and train.
• Streamline finance processes and identify automation to reduce manual effort.
• Develop and maintain system-based reports and dashboards for finance users.
• Ensure data integrity across subledger and general ledger systems.
