Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join the Finance Systems team. You will design and implement scalable finance systems, partnering with Finance and cross-functional teams to enable transformation, automation, and streamlined core processes for global expansion.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, leadership in change management, and hands-on work with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules and related tools. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Financial applications and other finance systems.
• Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules: Accounting Hub, Payables, Cash Management, Receivables, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Subledger Accounting, FDI reporting.
• Experience with Zip Procurement to Pay, Navan Travel and Expense preferred.
• Experience creating AI-driven solutions to automate ERP processes.
• Familiarity with treasury systems like Kyriba and SEC reporting tools such as Workiva is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interface across all levels and departments.
• Excellent change management skills and ability to lead through change.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, multitasker, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Partner with accounting and finance teams to enable new features in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP for Accounting Hub, Cash Management, Payables, and more.
• Automate Finance processes using AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment for solution design.
• Document and manage testing and approvals for system changes.
• Support finance teams with data and responses for internal and SOX audits.
