Job summary

PRA Group, a global leader in acquiring and collecting nonperforming loans, seeks a senior expert to define and advance its Finance systems vision with deep Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials expertise. You will own architecture, governance, and optimization across the enterprise Finance landscape, ensuring scalable, resilient solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10–15+ years in Finance systems with vendor-hosted cloud apps like Oracle Fusion/ERP, EPM, and related tools.
• 8–12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including REST/SOAP services, FBDI, and orchestration patterns.
• Ability to lead enterprise initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong strategic thinking with deep hands-on technical expertise.
• Comfort designing integrations, analyzing issues, and driving solutions from concept to implementation.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication for executive and technical audiences.
• Seasoned in solution delivery, integration development, and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the global Finance systems vision and architecture.
• Design, review, and validate complex integrations using OIC and APIs.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and crisis leadership for high-impact issues.
• Drive end-to-end process transformation to automate and reduce risk.
• Collaborate across Finance, IT, Data, and external partners for cohesive delivery.
• Maintain ownership of technical designs, standards, and implementation quality.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and validate emerging technologies for Finance transformation.
• Act as escalation point for Finance applications and integrations.
• Lead finance technology initiatives, influencing roadmaps and deployments.
